In this version, we have introduced a feature that allows you to create multiple Working Time profiles to be used with SLAs.

  • Step 1: Go to Settings -> Select the Service Time screen.
  • Step 2: Click the Add button on the Service Time screen to create multiple profiles. Proceed to set up your desired working hours for SLA use.


  •          Step 3: Once your Working Times are created, go to the SLA Creation screen and select the specific working hours you wish to apply.
